Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon building 1245, connected to the used goods transaction car page “G” in the Internet NAVV website with the name of another person, such as the F purchased by the Defendant from the wounded in advance, and inserted the Defendant’s contact address.

On December 28, 2012, at around 15:13, the Defendant received phone calls from Nonindicted H and I, which reported and contacted the Internet site in the above residence, and decided to purchase one cell phone device that he embezzled stolen property possessed by them. On the first floor of the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, the Defendant knowingly received the delivery from H and I for a cellular phone device that he sent Samsung L and I as a home ship, and acquired 150,000 won from the Busan bank account of H to the Busan Bank account.

From October 30, 2012 to January 17, 2013, the Defendant purchased cell phone numbers of 13,065,000 won and habitually acquired stolens from 74 times in total, as shown in [Attachment Table 1 to 74], as well as from October 30, 2012.

2. On January 25, 2013, Defendant A and Defendant B instructed Defendant B, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon building 1206, to purchase one mobile phone device from an unsatisfying person with contact, after reporting the writing posted in the above “G”.

Defendant

B on January 25, 2013, around 20:00, purchased one cell phone machine that was occupied by a person who was unaware of his name from a person who was unaware of his name on the roads near the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City SBS Broadcasting Station located in the village of Gangseo-gu, and purchased at KRW 80,000 with knowledge that it is a stolen.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to acquire one cellular phone which is a stolen.

In addition, between January 25, 2013 and January 28, 2013, the Defendants conspired to acquire six cellular phone units, which are stolen at 920,000 won, and habitually acquired stolen goods from 920,000 won.
