A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Criminal facts

On February 5, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at Suwon District Court, and on September 17, 2002, at the Seoul Central District Court sentenced ten months of imprisonment for false entry of the authentic copy of the authentic deed, etc., and completed the execution of each of the above punishments on April 7, 2006.

When the defendant lacks living expenses and funds to invest in China, he forged another person's resident registration certificate, and sentenced him to use a credit card with his resident registration certificate.

In addition, after committing the crime, the Defendant left China on October 15, 2008 after committing the crime, and when the period of visa expires, the Defendant forced the Defendant to leave China on February 17, 2015.

1. Forgery of an official document;

A. The Defendant: (a) requested “D” to forge a resident registration certificate, which is able to create an identification card by accessing the Chinese Internet site, mainly used by Shipbuildings; (b) requested D to forge a resident registration certificate; and (c) paid KRW 500,000 per each resident registration certificate in return, when sending evidentiary photographs from D.

On February 2, 2008, the Defendant sent a photograph of the Defendant’s proof to D through Kwikset Service Articles, and received a resident registration certificate sent by changing D’s photograph attached to his resident registration certificate into the Defendant’s photograph, which was issued to the Defendant, in the vicinity of subway terminal in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-ro 1, 2008.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, forged one resident registration certificate for E in the name of military document market in order to exercise it.

B. On April 208, 2008, the Defendant sent four copies of the Defendant’s evidentiary photographs to D, and received four resident registration certificates sent by converting D’s pictures attached to the Defendant’s resident registration certificates of F, G, H, and I into the Defendant’s pictures.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with D, as to F in the name of F in the Yeongdeungpo Market, an official document for the purpose of uttering, G in the name of the nextsan Market, and Seoul.
