A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2012, the Defendant forged F’s identification card, which is the owner of land, such as Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, and D presented the above forged identification card, and offered the land as if he was F, thereby holding the land as a collateral and publicly offered with a fraud loan.

1. Around March 2012, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd with H to forge the resident registration certificate by attaching D’s photograph to F and G’s resident registration certificate; (b) obtained two copies of evidentiary photographs from D; (c) delivered them to H along with the forged cost of KRW 13 million; and (d) attached DNA pictures on the date, time and place F and/or his/her own resident registration certificate; and (d) attached DNA pictures on that page.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with H, forged one resident registration certificate for F in the name of the head of Pyeongtaek-si in Gyeonggi-do, an official document, and one resident registration certificate for G in the name of the head of Seodaemun-gu in Seoul.

2. Uttering forged public documents, forging private documents, or uttering of falsified private documents;

A. From May 2012, the crime D presented the forged F resident registration certificate issued by the Defendant to J who knew of the forgery, while stating that “B is F, the owner of the land, such as Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and F, the owner of the land as security, and F, the owner of the land.”

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, exercised one resident registration certificate for F in the name of Pyeongtaek-si, which is a forged official document.

B. On June 19, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime on June 19, 2012, the Defendant issued to D an instruction that “F and G’s agents are engaged in driving with the driver’s license test site and received the re-issuance of F and G’s respective driver’s license,” and issued an application for re-issuance of each driver’s license in F and G name, power of attorney, and seal.
