Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 6, 2014, at around 12:30, the Defendant: (a) 12:30, the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-ro 9-ro 8 streeted on the road to the victim C (n, 24 years of age) of Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; and (b) the victim wing on the victim, thereby falling on one occasion the victim’s clothes above the victim’s clothes; (c) the victim was able to walk on the part of the victim; (d) the victim was able to escape; and (e) the victim was able to walk on the floor; and (e) the victim was able to look at both the victim’s chests after the victim was sicked.

2. On the above day, around 12:35, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim D (the age of 26) who walked along the road on the 9-ro 4 street of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seodae-gu, 12:35, despite that the Defendant met the victim's chest with the victim's clothes above the victim's clothes, and the conduct of the victim and the victim's chest was attempted to restrain the Defendant, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the victim's chest by drinking the victim's chest.
