A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
In netcheon City B, the Defendant is a person operating a restaurant with the trade name of "C," and the victim D (the 49 years of age) is a person working for the above restaurant as an employee.
1. At around 00:00 on July 2018, the Defendant: (a) 1st floor waiting room of the F Hospital located in Sincheon-si, the victim was hospitalized with the victim; (b) the victim was able to gather his fingers due to the gap in the clothes of the patient clothes in which the victim suffered; and (c) the victim called “Iskn's hand, Isn's hand, Is the victim getting off the elevator in order to boom the defendant’s hand, and going back to the sick; (d) the victim continued to get off the elevator; (e) the victim was able to take the hand of the victim’s hand, kid from the emergency exit to the emergency exit; and (e) the victim was able to gather his breasts due to the difference in the clothes of the patient clothes in which the victim suffered; and (e) the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by force.
2. On August 2018, at around 09:00, the Defendant discovered the victim being cleaned, found the victim in the above C cafeteria, and saw the victim from the back of the victim, and kidddly, kid the victim’s chests by both descendants, and kiddd the victim’s fingers, and kiddd the victim into the victim’s hand, and kid the victim into the rest of the victim. On the other hand, the Defendant continued to kid the victim from the back of the victim’s toilet to the rest of the victim, and committed an indecent act by force by force.
3. At around 10:30 on August 2018, the Defendant stated that the Defendant “the victim” refers to “the only once,” while holding the victim’s hand, leading the victim to a main room, preventing the victim from going to a main room, and then holding the victim’s breast by inserting his hand into the victim’s clothes, putting the victim’s chest into the victim’s breast, and forcing the victim to do so.
