A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. 강제 추행 치상 피고인은 2017. 6. 21. 01:33 경 전주시 덕진구 D에 있는 'E' 앞 노상에서 그 곳을 걸어가던 피해자 F( 가명, 여, 21세) 을 향해 뛰어가 피해자의 왼쪽 가슴을 손으로 움켜쥐듯이 만지고, 피해자가 바닥에 넘어지면서 피고인의 멱살을 잡고 놓지 않자 발로 피해자의 뒷머리 부분을 1회 찼다.

As a result, the defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act, and the victim suffered bodily injury, such as dump in the rasium which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Compulsory indecent acts;

A.
