A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Victim D (n, 12 years of age) and Victim E (n, 10 years of age) are children, and Victim E is the friend of the defendant's father.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by force against minors under the age of 13);

A. On August 31, 2015, around 07:10 on August 31, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim E at the Defendant’s dwelling room located in Asan-si G apartment 101 Dong 906, Gasan-si, and reported that the victim E is playing F and air play with the Defendant’s father. However, the victim “hing off” is the victim’s hand, and the victim’s son was forced to commit an indecent act four times in total from that time to February 1, 2016.

B. On January 1, 2016, around 15:00, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D, saying that the victim D, who found the Defendant’s father Frith around the Defendant’s residence, did not run in F, and forced the victim D to wear the victim’s chest into clothes.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by force against minors under the age of 13) committed an indecent act by force against a victim three times in total from that time to February 4, 2016, including: (a) the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a victim by inserting his/her fingers in the clothes of the victim D, who was divingd with his/her baby and his/her baby, by inserting his/her fingers into the clothes of the victim D; and (b) forcing him/her to talk with his/her clothes; and (c) committed an indecent act by force against a victim three times in total, from that time to February 4, 2016.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (the act of a minor under the age of 13) around 00:00 on January 10, 2016, the Defendant reported the victim D, who was divingd with the Defendant’s children, his/her wife, and his/her wife, and the victim D, who was divingd with his/her wife, and met the victim’s chest with his/her clothes, issued his/her clothes, and then put his/her finger into the part of the victimized person’s sexual organ.
