1. Defendant B’s each point is indicated in the attached Form No. 15, 6, 18, 17, 16, and 15 among the land size of 82.3 square meters in Daejeon Dong-gu E-gu, Daejeon.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On July 15, 1970, H purchased the land in the same case by combining each of the items indicated in the annexed drawing Nos. 15, 6, 18, 17, 16, and 15, among the 82.3 square meters in the Dong-gu, Daejeon-gu E, Daejeon, with 15, 6, 18, 17, 16, 15, and 12.2 square meters in the attached drawing Nos. 6, 5, 20, 19, 18, and 6 in the attached drawing Nos. 6, 20, 14, and 13, 4, 5, 6, 15, 14, and 13 of the attached drawing Nos. 82.
B. Around 1972, H had built and resided on the instant land and died on May 29, 1986, and thereafter, he inherited the right to the said housing and the instant land according to the agreement on the division of inherited property, and thereafter, the Plaintiff occupied the instant land while residing in the said housing.
C. On October 23, 1992, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of J on October 23, 1992, and on March 4, 2003, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of Defendant B, and on November 8, 1985 with respect to each share of 87/275 square meters among the above FF 85.3 square meters and the above G G road 42.6 square meters, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on August 25, 1998 with respect to each share of 160/275 square meters on August 25, 1998.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, since the Plaintiff succeeded to the possession of the deceased H and the deceased H from July 15, 1970, occupied the land in peacefully and openly as the intent to own the land from July 15, 1970, the prescription period for acquisition of possession on July 15, 1990, which was 20 years from July 15, 1970, was completed as to the part of the land in this case from July 15, 1990. As to the part of the land in this case, the prescription period for acquisition of possession on July 15, 199 after the completion of the prescription period for acquisition of possession on July 15, 190.
