A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Dried building theft;
A. On December 2014, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the underground power generation room through the underground passage of the building in Seo-gu, Daegu; and (b) stolen electric wires worth KRW 650,000 at the market price owned by the victim D, which were kept in the said place, at the construction site of the building in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul.
B. On February 22, 2015, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded the “F” factory warehouse in front of the “F” factory in the Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) stolen electric wires worth KRW 4,000,000 at the market price of the victim G ownership, which was kept in the said factory warehouse; and (c) stolen the said electric wires by 100 meters.
C. On February 24, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said factory warehouse through the entrance, which was not set up in front of the said factory; and (b) stolen the electric wires equivalent to KRW 2,100,000, at the market price of the victim G-owned that was kept there.
At around 19:00 on February 26, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the above factory warehouse through the window that was not locked before the above factory, cut off approximately 80 meters of electric wires equivalent to KRW 3,200,000, which were owned by the victim G, which were stored in the above warehouse by using the hacksaw.
E. On February 28, 2015, at around 19:00, the Defendant cut off electric wires equivalent to KRW 2,100,000 at the market price of the victim G ownership installed on the wall of the said factory by using hacksaws and hacksaws, which were placed inside the said factory, and stored at the said factory, and moved to the Defendant’s possession, by cutting off electric wires equivalent to KRW 2,100,000, which were installed on the wall of the said factory.
2. On February 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by towing one of the 100,000 Libera, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 100,000, which is the victim’s ownership, located in front of the H building in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
