Defendant
A Imprisonment for two years, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for five months, respectively.
However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. At around 10:00 on January 24, 2014, at the victim F’s house located in Gyeonggi-si E, the Defendant: (a) laid down a toilet window with the victim’s house located in the inner bank by opening up to the inner bank at the victim F’s house located in Gyeonggi-si E; and (b) caused a theft of the victim’s c,2,60,000 won in total at the market price of KRW 1,20,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,20,000, and the amount of male c,260,000, in total at the market price of KRW 3,00,000, in total at the victim’s house.
B. At around 15:00 on January 29, 2014, the Defendant, at the victim H’s house located in Gyeonggi-si G, brought a theft of KRW 100,000,000 in total, including the market price of KRW 30,000,000, in total, and the market price of KRW 280,000 in the face of the instant box, where the victim was placed at the victim H’s house located in Gyeonggi-si G, opened an entrance door to the building, and intruded up to the inside, and was on the inside, the inside, the bank.
C. E. On March 26, 2014, around 15:30 on March 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the victim N’s house located in Gyeonggi-si M, the victim was locked back the building to the end of the building.
