A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is an employee who works for the victim D Co., Ltd. operated by the victim C in Yangsan-si.
1. On March 12, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 22:00 on March 12, 2019, at the factory operation building of the said victim company; (b) the Defendant: (c) opened and intruded the entrance of the materials and warehouses of the factory with a security card that all employees left, and was in custody; and (d) stolen with 4,00,000 won in total, the market price of the victim company owned by the victim company.
2. On May 6, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 23:00 on May 6, 2019, at the materials storage of the aforementioned victim company’s factory; (b) there were no employees leaving the storage; and (c) opened a cresh door and intrudes into the entrance of the materials storage of the factory, and then cut off with seven (8:40,000,000 won in total, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was kept in the storage.
3. On May 16, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 00:15, 200: (a) around May 16, 2019, at the factory operation building of the said victim company; (b) the Defendant: (c) opened the entrance door of a factory and warehouse with a security card that all employees left the factory and was in possession of any cresh; and (d) stolen, with two b.4,00,000 won in total, the market price of the victim’s possession.
4. On May 21, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 00:54, May 21, 2019, at around 00:54, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance door of a factory and warehouse with a security card that all employees left the factory and was in his/her possession of any cresh; and (b) stolen with 4,80,000,000 won of the market price stored in the same.
5. On May 24, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 23:15, May 24, 2019, opened the entrance door of the factory operation warehouse with a security card that all employees left the factory operation building of the said victim company.
