A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 29, 2012, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a home-to-face visit from the victim D, which became unlocked and intruded to the inside; and (b) stolen KRW 14,500,00, the cash owned by the victim, from the wall on the part of the female knife bank located on the knife bank.

3. On October 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on October 19, 2012, opened a back door from the body of the victim H located in the Y of the Y of the Y of the Y of the Yando, and opened the door door to the front door, intrudes into the front door and steals the object; (b) did not find stolen objects; and (c) did not commit attempted crimes.

4. At around 15:00 on October 20, 2012, the Defendant cut off the sum of 50,000 won in the face of the Victim J, located in the Haan-gun of Gyeongnam-do, by opening a locked door and exposing the door up to the inside, and by intrusioning the door, the Defendant cut off the victim’s total sum of 50,000 won.

5. On October 20, 2012, around 15:05, the Defendant: (a) opened an open door in excess of the fence of the house; (b) intruded into the inner bank; (c) did not find any stolen object; and (d) did not commit any attempted act.

6. The Defendant, around 10:00 on October 24, 2012, went beyond the gathering of the Victim N in Yancheon-gun M in Gyeongcheon-do, and went beyond the gathering of that house.
