Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On February 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 17, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On January 24, 2011, the Defendant forged private document: (a) around Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd. located in the Dong-dong of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) on the paper for the “application for the loan of the purchase fund for the loan of the loan of the loan for the loan of the loan,” the Defendant, using a color pen, sealed the vehicle information column by stating the “Ecub HD C”, “36 months in the loan amount column,” “36 months in the loan period column,” and affixed a seal of D’s name D, resident registration number E, and mobile phone in the joint and several sureties column.

3. The Defendant submitted an application for a forged loan as seen above to the employees in charge of lending the victim Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. at the same time, at the same place, and as if he/she were joint and several suretys for the loan, and deceiving the victim by allowing the Defendant’s cell phone stated in the application for the loan forged by the said victim to have another female who is unable to know the defect of his/her own phone from the Defendant’s cell phone, and then, he/she received 28.6 million won from the victim lending company as a loan.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
