Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
(b) purchased a car in B’s name with a certificate of personal seal impression, resident registration certificate, temporary driver’s license, etc. under B, which was received from B and was under custody, and tried to immediately dispose of the car and repay the Defendant’s debt with the money prepared;
1. On March 4, 2013, the Defendant forged private document: (a) expressed his/her employee E’s intent to purchase a Grand Fluort car in the name of the business office of an abandoned car located in Chicago-si (C); (b) presented B’s certificate of personal seal impression, etc., which he/she kept in custody as if the Defendant was normally delegated his/her right to trade a vehicle from B; and (c) made E, without knowledge of the fact, enter “B” in the buyer column of the sales contract of an automobile kept in the said office; and (d) stated “B” in the name column of the written application for the part of Hyundai Capital, “B”, “F,” “F,” “F,00,00 won in the name column of the resident registration number,” and “8.90% in the total amount of loan,” and “8.90% in the interest rate column,” and “B” in the column.
Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising rights and duties, forged one copy of a motor vehicle sales contract and one copy of a installment loan application in the name of private document B.
2. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) as stated in paragraph (1), had E file an application for the loan of a motor vehicle sales contract and installment, which forged as stated in paragraph (1), with respect to the said motor vehicle purchase loan in Hyundai Capital, and had H employees of Hyundai Capital present the said motor vehicle sales contract and the installment application as if they were genuine.
Accordingly, the Defendant used each falsified private document as described in paragraph (1).
3. The criminal defendant purchases a vehicle from B at the time and place described in paragraph (1).
