A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, one of his wife C, was thought to receive a household loan from the corporate bank in the name of the victim C.

1.(a)

On October 29, 2010, the Defendant signed the “C” on the column of the Account among loan transaction agreements at a branch office of a corporate bank’s office, stating “C” in the “A”, “A” in the “A” column, “C” in the “A” column, and “C” in the “A” and “C” in the “A” column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a loan transaction agreement in the name of the victim, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant issued a forged loan transaction agreement to an employee who could not know the name of the above branch at the above time and at the above location, and exercised it as if it had been duly formed.

2.(a)

On January 24, 2011, the Defendant signed the “C” on the column of the account among the loan transaction agreements at a branch office of a corporate bank’s office, stating “A” in the “A”, “A” in the “B” column, “C” in the “B” column, and “C” in the “C” and “C” in the “B” column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a loan transaction agreement in the name of the victim, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant issued a forged loan transaction agreement to an employee who could not know the name of the above branch at the above time and at the above location, and exercised it as if it had been duly formed.

3.(a)

On March 21, 2011, the Defendant stated “A” in the Account Section of the Loan Transaction Agreement at a branch office of a corporate bank, “C”, “A” in the Loan Amount column, “C” in the Loan Implementation Date column, and “C” in the “C” and “C” in its name.
