Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2013, at around 21:50, the Defendant: (a) sustained the victim E (the age 52) boarding a taxi operated by the Defendant on the street in front of the Gangwon-gun “D convenience store” located in Gangwon-gun C, on the ground that he was under the influence of alcohol and did not shut down the door from the taxi; (b) caused the victim’s head debt by left hand; and (c) caused the victim’s injury to the victim by walking the buckbuck part at one time, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
