A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on June 20, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 28, 2013 and is still under suspension of execution.

1. On June 30, 2013, around 00:00, the thief discovered the F New-Franchisian car, the victim E, who was parked in the road of the “D” entertainment tavern located in Macheon-si, and then cut off the wall with cash of KRW 120,000,000, Samsung Card, KB C, KB C’s resident registration card, vehicle registration certificate, driver’s license, agricultural bank passbook, and the receipt of the practical skill of the skin manager, etc. within the victim’s handbag.

2. On June 30, 2013, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) had the same attitude as “I” in the “I” entertainment tavern in the victim H operation in Ma on June 30, 2013; (b) was the lawful holder of the Samsung Card (the card number: J) in the said E’s name that he stolen as above; (c) purchased 1 disease, beer and beer; and (d) paid the said Samsung Card with the said Samsung Card, thereby using the stolen credit card; and (d) received alcoholic beverages worth KRW 200,000 in total at the market price.

3. On July 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant: (b) went into the house of the victim L located in Macheon-si; (c) opened an unlocked window and intruded into the victim’s house; and (d) stolen the victim’s house with cash KRW 3.50,00 from the victim’s house located in the said inside room using the cresh in which the victim was locked.
