Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 9, 2015, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door-to-face driver’s seat in DMW car owned by the victim C, which was parked in the 4.13 front parking lots of Pyeongtaek-dong, Pyeongtaek-dong, Dong-dong, and (b) held four copies of the credit card owned by the victim (T.S. card, lot card, new card, national card), cash amounting to KRW 10,000,000,000,000, and KRW 63,000,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. The Defendant, who violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, purchased Heshchoact at E convenience stores located in Pyeongtaek-si on October 23, 2015, and presented the above C’s Samsung Card as if it were one’s credit card.
