A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

One digital camera (No. 1) seized shall be the victim's name unrecognized.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. B. On July 28, 2013, around 04:30 on July 28, 2013, the Defendant purchased foodstuffs at the L convenience store located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, such as one nife, one Jsawbomba, one shotbane, one shotus, and one flaba, and so on, as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder.
