1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 4227] The Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million at the Busan District Court on April 7, 2015 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On August 14, 2019, around 07:24, the Defendant driven from the intersection in the Busan Jin-dong to the Busan Jin-dong to the front road of the headquarters of the G bank located in the Busan Jin-gu to approximately 3km to the Gin-gu of the Gin-gu of the Gin-gu of the Gin-gu of the Republic of Korea, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.170% of alcohol concentration without a license plate.

1. Defendant B

A. A person who intends to engage in credit business (unregistered credit business) in violation of the Act on the Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Financial Users (unregistered credit business) is registered with the competent administrative agency having jurisdiction over the pertinent place of business, but the Defendant did not register credit business in collusion with H, a unregistered credit service provider, and paid KRW 90,000,000,000,000,000,000 for prior interest, subtracting from J, around September 5, 2017, when lending KRW 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, from September 5, 2017 to July 13, 2018, the Defendant engaged in credit business by means of lending KRW 39,50,000,000,000,000,000 from September 5, 2017.

B. On September 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Financial Users (in excess of legal interest rates), in collusion with H, a unregistered credit service provider, and agreed to lend KRW 100,000,000 to J at the Busan Suwon-gu Office Office Officetel, with a payment of KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,0000 per annum, and agreed to pay the principal and interest in 44 days per day by equal days, and agreed to pay 670% interest rate per annum from September 5, 2017 to July 13, 2018, as shown in attached Table 1, and agreed to the interest corresponding thereto.
