Basic Facts

The Defendants’ status 1) BG Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “BH”) changed on December 16, 2008 to BH.

) Multi-level marketing business is multi-level marketing business, and corporation BI (hereinafter “BI”).

) The door-to-door seller is the above two companies (hereinafter referred to as “each company of this case”).

2) BJ is the representative director of BG and the actual operator of BG. Defendant C, as executive director in the business management sector of BG, was in charge of the management of members, center and branch offices of each of the instant companies under the direction of BJ. Defendant B is the director of BG and the representative director of BI, Defendant D is a director in the business support sector of BG, Defendant D is a director in the business support sector of BG, and Defendant E is in charge of each of the duties upon the direction of BJ.

3) Defendant F is “BK organization” (hereinafter “BK organization”).

(4) Defendant Q is working as the head of the business administration support team from May 2006 through the U.S. branch office, with Defendant H, I, J, and K as the advisers of each BK group, Defendant L and M as the advisers of each BK group, Defendant P as the vice president of the BK group and the vice president of the Cheong Center, and Defendant P as the vice president of the BK group and the vice president of the Cheong Center, and actively held a business explanation meeting to introduce the method of “share marketing” of each company of this case, or to attract subordinate sales.

From January 2, 2007, BI served as the representative director of BI.

5 DefendantO education chairperson of the Gangnam Center is the highest business operator, Defendant S is the representative of the Busan Center, Defendant C is the representative of the Central Center, Defendant U is the representative of the Central Center, Defendant V is the representative of the Central Center, Defendant C is the representative of the Seocho Center, Defendant W is the unit leader and representative of the Seocho Center, Defendant X is the representative of the Gwangju Center, and Defendant X is the representative of the Gwangju Center, and Defendant X is the Gangnam Center.
