Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant 2016 Highest 699 is the representative of the BF Co., Ltd. in Boli-si BE, who runs the cable manufacturing business using 50 full-time workers.

The defendant 2016 Highest 922 is the representative of the BF corporation located in Boh City BE, who runs the cable manufacturing business using 50 full-time workers.

When a worker dies or retires, an employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred, and when the worker retires from his/her office.
