1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants’ status 1) AB Co., Ltd. (the trade name of December 16, 2008 was changed to AC, Inc.);

hereinafter referred to as “AB”

AD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “AD”) is a company that engages in multi-level sales business, etc.

) The company is a company engaged in the visit sales business, etc. (hereinafter the above two companies are collectively referred to as “each of the instant companies.”

2) 2) AE is the representative director of AB and the actual operator of AD. Defendant C, as the executive director of AB’s business management sector, took charge of the management of members, center and branch offices of each company of this case. Defendant B is the director of AB and the representative director of AD; Defendant D is the director of AB’s business management support sector; Defendant AB is the director of AB’s business management support sector; Defendant E is the director of AB’s business strategy sector; and Defendant E is the director of AB’s business management strategy sector and takes charge of each business.

3) Defendant F is the “AF Committee” (hereinafter “AF”).

(4) Defendant AF adviser and the president of the “AG Federation,” Defendant J, H, I, and K are each AF advisers; Defendant L and M are each AF advisory members; Defendant N, while working as the head of the AF secretariat, was involved in the introduction of the “share marketing” method of each of the instant companies, or actively holding a briefing session to attract subordinate salespersons. Defendant P was employed as the head of the U.S. overseas business division of AB on April 10, 2003 and was working as the head of the customer support team from May 2006 to the U.S. branch.

From January 2, 2007, AD's representative director was in charge of the duties under the direction of AE while working as AD's representative director.

5 Defendant Y is in the office of education of the Gangnam Center from January 2006.

From May 2006, the highest business operator of the open center, the defendant R is the representative of the Gangnam Center, the defendant S is the highest business operator in the Gangnam Center management department, the defendant T is the Gangnam Center instructor, the defendant T is the highest business operator in the Gangnam Center, and the defendant U is the chairman of the Gangnam Center operation committee in the Gangnam Center.
