Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a pastor who is a member of the E church in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.
1. On September 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared a printed article in the title of “Down with the request of the Do governor for the majority of the general assembly units; and (b) sent it to the representatives of the general assembly of the Korea Coast Guard; (c) as a result, in the church that had been held by F pastors prior to the preliminary election, a large number of members left the church; (d) eventually, the F pastors did not resign from the church and did not keep the position of the president of the Korea Coast Guard for five years; and (e) received information that he was free of charge for five years.
