A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) handled narcotics as follows, although he is not a person handling narcotics.

On March 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) asked F to receive a psychotropic drug camblon (one camloploploploploplopl (one camloploploploploploploploploplopl (hereinafter referred to as “oploploplon”); (b) asked G to seek a camloploplopl; and (c) put KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000 won received from the Defendant to G.

Accordingly, G around that time purchased approximately KRW 0.21 g of philophones contained in the one-time injection machine from H in the same day, and sold narcotics, etc. to F in the said E parking lot in the same day, and F traded narcotics, etc. to the Defendant.

B. On June 14, 2016, around 23:00, the Defendant administered narcotics, etc. by inserting approximately 0.07ghon in the dwelling of the Defendant of Busan Jin-gu I, Busan, in a single-use injection machine, and inserting them into the left arms after dilution with aquatic water.

2. The person in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (marijus) shall not smoke or take in marijuana or marijuana seed coats, and the defendant shall not carry marijuana, hemp seeds, or marijuana seed coats for the said purpose, however, handle marijuana as follows:

On June 15, 2016, at around 09:00, the Defendant: (a) removed the tobacco plant in Busan Jin-gu I from the domicile of the Defendant; and (b) smoked the hemp in such a way as to put the fluor in the fluoral quantity and attach the fluor.

B. On June 15, 2016, the Defendant possessed the hemp in a manner that sets about 0.16g of hemp in a newspaper at the place of residence of the above Defendant, at around 10:15, the Defendant carried approximately 0.16g of hemp in a manner that sets it above the consignee.

3. A person who desires to possess guns in violation of the Safety Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, etc. Act shall have jurisdiction over their addresses;
