Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Trading of the hemp seeds by the Defendants

(a) No person committing the crime on January 2013 shall carry marijuana, its seeds, or its seed coats for the purpose of smoking or taking in, or trade or assist in the trade of, the hemp seeds or its seed coats;

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to seal marijuana seeds into the Republic of Korea for the purpose of smoking by cultivating marijuana.

On January 2013, A and B had access to the English website, which is the 'E', the 'E' for the smuggling transaction of narcotics using smartphones, and ordered the seeds of the hemp plant in the name of Defendant C, and settled the purchase price of KRW 50,000 in an indefinite credit card.

The web site operator in the name in the name of the above web site around that time: (a) concealed two hemp plant seeds as ordered in the United Kingdom and pack them as international registered mail; (b) stated the recipient as C; and (c) the place of receipt as the address of the defendant C at the time of the defendant C’s residence as the address of the defendant C, and sent them to the Incheon International Postal Service (BA) 017 International Postal Service (G) arriving at the Incheon International Port.

On February 2, 2013, the above international registered mail arrived at the Incheon National Port of War, and the defendant C received international postal items whose seeds were concealed at his residence located at the place of receipt at that time.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to sell and sell marijuana seeds.

(b) No person committing the crime on January 14, 2014 shall carry marijuana, its seeds, or its seed coats for the purpose of smoking or taking in, or trade or assist in the trade of, the hemp seeds or its seed coats.

Nevertheless, the Defendants are seeds of the hemp plant for the purpose of smoking by cultivating marijuana.
