Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on October 23, 2020, acquired a copy of the credit card of D bank, the victim C lost in the elevator located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) on his/her own thought he/she did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A.
