Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On May 6, 2017, the Defendant embezzled the victim’s property without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring a copy of the IBK Bank Credit Card No. 1, lost by the victim F and returning it to the victim, at the point of origin of the IBK Bank, located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and then embezzled the victim’s property.

B. On May 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) paid taxi charges at an infinite place in Seoul on May 6, 2017, by using a taxi operated by an infinite victim; (b) deceiving the victim by presenting the acquired F F’s credit card to the victim as if the Defendant was a credit card; and (c) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 4,000 from the injured party, and used the lost credit card.

In addition, from that to May 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victims on a total of 39 occasions as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table; and (b) by which the victims were informed, each of them received property or pecuniary benefits equivalent to USD 3,690,400, and USD 61.55, respectively; and (c) used lost credit cards.

On May 14, 2017, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud, at the main point of “H” operated by the victim of the name unsound in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. On May 14, 2017, the Defendant purchased the shampoo and shamper, etc. at the main point of “H”, and the Defendant purchased the shampoo and shamper, etc., which was obtained from the above main point of the said main point, and asked B to request the settlement of the credit card instead of the Defendant, thereby inducing B to present it to an employee of the said main point, and thereby allowing B to deliver the shampoo and shamp amounting to KRW 517,00, which is owned by the victim. However, the said credit card was lost.
