1. The Defendant leased each of the above ground buildings D and E from the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the appointed parties C or from them.

1. Facts of recognition;

On April 1, 2015, the real estate auction case number C 1, 2015, the real estate auction case number C 185.2 square meters on April 1, 2015, and the five-story accommodation facilities J. 185.2 square meters on that ground, E-si on April 30, 2015, and five-story accommodation facilities thereon, and the five-story accommodation facilities on that ground, and the number of real estate auction cases on the date of acquiring the ownership, etc. on May 14, 2015, the Defendant described as the following disposition of the trust property and the accommodation facilities of H 8065.7 square meters on that ground as the attached Form 3 of this case, on August 13, 2015 (the road in this case) on the date of acquiring the ownership.

1. The Plaintiff acquired the ownership of M&M in succession at the time of the appearance of the drawing(A) and its nearby area. (B) The Plaintiffs filed a claim against the Defendant as Seoul Eastern District Court 2017Gahap106563, Seoul Eastern District Court 2017 Ga106563 to permit the use of the instant road, etc., which is owned by the Defendant, as it is necessary to newly install the water pipes and transmission lines to provide electricity and water for accommodation
