Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff’s acquisition of ownership 1) On January 20, 2014, the Youngcheon District Court’s Youngcheon Branch’s monthly support is Flux 1,568 square meters and five-story accommodation facilities of a reinforced concrete structure structure on the land (hereinafter “B-dong building”).
