A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 14:00 on May 12, 2015, the Defendant: (b) laid down a cre in the dat operated by the victim C in Pyeongtaek-si B, where the surveillance of his employees was neglected; (c) 5 km of rice, 400 won in total at the market price of the other victim’s possession; (d) 4 butane gas pipes, i.e., 5 bread, etc. in a household in advance; and (d) went back.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Private signature, forgery, and uttering of the same;

A. On May 12, 2015, the Defendant, as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), was arrested in flagrant offender C, who was an employee of Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station, on suspicion of theft of the total amount of KRW 31,400,00, rice amounting to KRW 31,400,00 of the market price, and was transferred to E, who was dispatched after receiving 112 report, at around 14:30 on May 12, 2015, he had the mind to refer to the name and personal information of the birther and to the F Docing.

B. Around 16:00 on May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) requested the Defendant to affix a seal to a written confirmation of the arrest of flagrant offender E at the 4 team office of Pyeongtaek-si Police Station, which is located at Pyeongtaek-si central level 67, and entered “F” in the confirmation column of the written confirmation using a verification color pen.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged his signature without authority for the purpose of exercising his right.

(2) The Defendant at the time and place specified in Paragraph (1) of the above Article 2-B, and at the same time and place, gave the above-mentioned E a certificate of “F” as if it was duly formed.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged private signature.

C. (1) On May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the 4st team office of the Criminal Police Team of Pyeongtaek-si Police Station around 18:00, after being examined by G in the circumstances where the police station was affiliated with the above police station, entered “F” in the statement column of the suspect interrogation protocol using the examination color pen.

Accordingly, the defendant signed another person without authority for the purpose of exercising his rights.
