A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 2491] The Defendant was sentenced by the Jeonju District Court on August 9, 2012 to imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted special robbery and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju Prison on November 27, 2013.

1. On April 14, 2014, at around 07:20 on April 14, 2014, the Defendant stolen the victim-owned housing owned by the victim D, who was inside the said housing site, by gathering and cutting down one juri-school beverage and one ice beverage.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A. The Defendant opened a gate which was not corrected in front of the said victim’s house at the same time and without permission, and infringed upon another’s residence.

B. On April 15, 2014, at the same place around 07:20 on April 15, 2014, the Defendant released the locks, which were corrected on the entrance, and intruded into the dwelling of another person.

C. On April 16, 2014, around 07:20, the Defendant entered the same place as the foregoing paragraph and intruded on another’s residence.

Around 11:00 on April 17, 2014, the Defendant entered the same place with the same method as the above paragraph, and invaded upon another’s residence.

3. On April 17, 2014, the Defendant entered the “F” of a voluntary behavior, which verified that he/she consented to voluntary movement, in the area E zone of the Daejeon Police Station, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City Police Station, into his/her own column, using a test color pen.

Accordingly, the Defendant, without authority, forged the above F’s signature without authority.

4. The Defendant, at the same time, at the same time and place as above paragraph (3) above, submitted a forged letter of voluntary behavior with a forged signature to G during the region of the Daejeon District Police Station E-gu, Daejeon, without knowledge of the forged fact, and exercised the forged private signature.

5. The Defendant who forged a private document shall be in the name column of the written statement using the official seal color pen at the same time and at the same place as above paragraph 3.
