A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s market price (e.g., ECA110B as soon as 110B), which was not owned by the victim D, that was set up in front of the Plaintiff’s vinyl C, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, Seoul, with a key hackh, and used a string of 110 B, with a fluor, drive it.

2. Special larceny;

A. On September 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 22:33, in front of a material warehouse managed by the victim G in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, the Defendant laid down the tear, destroyed, and intruded into the inner tent of the warehouse in the front of the material warehouse managed by the victim G; and (b) cut off the copper electric wire with a length of 100 meters equivalent to the market value of one million won which was kept in custody at that place.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property by destroying and impairing part of the structure at night.

B. On October 9, 2018, around 23:38, 2018, the Defendant destroyed the outer tent of the warehouse in front of the aforementioned material warehouse managed by the Victim G, and invaded the inside, and subsequently stolen the electric wires with a 80m length of the market price of the storage at the same place, which was 80,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property by destroying and impairing part of the structure at night.

3. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. around 00:05 on October 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) affected the inside of the warehouse by means of the relevant materials storage managed by the victim G, as described in Article 2-B. Around October 17, 2018, the Defendant invaded into the inside of the warehouse, as described in the foregoing paragraph, and stolen the electric wires of the length of 50,000 square meters at the market price being kept at the relevant storage.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen another's property.

B. around 00:00 on October 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intruded the inside of the warehouse in front of the aforementioned material warehouse managed by the Victim G, and subsequently stolen the electric wires with the length of 300,000 square meters equivalent to the market price of the said storage, which was kept in the storage, in the manner described in paragraph (3).

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes upon a structure at night, and makes another person's property.
