Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 3304"
1. On April 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a 'D’ shopping mall located in Suwon-si C at Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) destroyed the correction device of the entrance of the warehouse; and (c) destroyed the 2.3 million won in total, which was in storage in the warehouse; and (d) stolen the victim E-owned 80 glass plates, electric wires, and stud metal, etc.; and (b) destroyed the 2.3 million won in total.
A. On April 26, 2015, around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s H with a structure beyond the door installed to prevent the outside person from entering the G parking lot located in Suwon-si F, Suwon-si; (b) brought about the victim’s H-owned market price equivalent to KRW 100,000,000,000 in the market price of the victim’s H-owned land where the victim’s H was kept in other spaces. (c) On May 13, 2015, the Defendant invadedd the structure into the structure with the same purpose and method as the above “A” at around 07:00,000, and caused the victim’s victim’s absence, to cut off the cre of cargo 1,000,000 won in the market price of the victim’s H-owned land, and 27:216,276,46, supra.
