Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2013, from around 15:15 to 16:15, the Defendant participated in the Resolution on the Elimination of Temporary and Non-regular Workers, which was held and is in progress by the “D Trade Union” in the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

After the completion of the above resolution, the Defendant started with the 16:15 other participants in the conference at around 16:15 on the same day, and opened the Han Heavy Industries House in the direction of its proceeding with three lanes in the direction of its progress, and continued to run in the front of Samsung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, and the direction of its progress, and continued to occupy four lanes in the direction of its progress, thereby interfering with the traffic of the vehicle by holding an assembly until 18:00.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
