If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the director general of the BTrade Union Organization Bureau.

From January 14:40, 2013, the Korean Federation of Workers' Unions prepared for the Resolution on the Elimination of Non-regular Workers in front of the USO in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The defendant participated in the said Games with 1,300 members who belong to the Korean Federation of Workers' Unions, together with 1,300 members who belong to the Korean Federation.

At around 16:13 on the same day when the above assembly was prepared, the Defendant started driving in the direction of Seoul Station with more than 1,300 participants, and started driving in the direction of Seoul Station, and went on the building side of Samsung-gu Samsung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul and about 1,300 participants of other assemblies, and went on the 1,300 vehicle in the direction of Seoul Station from around 16:13 to around 17:47, and obstructed the passage of many unspecified vehicles by following the line of order installed to maintain traffic order for about 94 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
