Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2013, from around 14:10 to 15:35, the Defendant participated in the Act on February 23, 2013, in which the “B” was held in the Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Automatic Automatic, and was in progress.

After the completion of the above 15:45 on the same day, the Defendant, along with 3,50 participants in other assemblies on the same day, opened the Seoul Station square and opened 5 lanes in front of YTN in the direction of its temporary progress, and opened YTN in front of YTN, and opened 5 lanes in front of YTN, and thereafter continuously occupied 1 lanes in the Bank of Korea Roster and Roro 1 street from 16:41 to 17:35, thereby interfering with the traffic of vehicles by holding the street system.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
