Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall trade, give or receive, or administer a psychotropic drug camblopon (hereinafter referred to as “camlopon”; hereinafter referred to as “camlon”), and the Defendants are not persons handling narcotics.

1. 필로폰 매도 피고인 C는 2019. 6. 12.경 서울 송파구 AW시장 부근에서, AX으로부터 필로폰 대금 명목으로 인민폐 2,400위안(한화 약 40만 원)을 위 피고인의 위챗페이로 송금 받고 필로폰 약 1g을 교부하여 매도한 것을 비롯하여 그 무렵부터 2019. 7. 하순경까지 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 총 8회에 걸쳐 필로폰을 매도하였다.

1. Defendant AV

A. On July 24, 2019, the Defendant purchased penphones on a total of four occasions from around 20:14, the following day to August 7, 2019: (a) around 20:14, the Defendant supplied C with KRW 200,000 in cash as the price for penphones, and purchased approximately 0.3 g of penphones in the same place with plastic phones, and then purchased them from around that time to August 7, 2019.

B. At around 21:00 on July 24, 2019, the Defendant administered philophones in total seven times from the Defendant’s residence toilet located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to put about 0.15g of philophones into a gambling place, and to inhale them as soon as possible connected to plastic bottles containing water. In addition, from around that time to around September 2019, the Defendant administered philophones at a total of seven times, such as the written list of crimes (2) in attached Table.
