A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

4,050,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

E. At around 18:41 on February 12, 2019, the Defendant deposited 7.50,000 won of philopon into the G association account in the name of F at the above C association3 branch, and around that time, purchased philopon by receiving approximately 1g of philopon contained in plastic bags from the stairs near the non-house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul (Seoul), Gangnam-gu (Seoul), and around that time.
