A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall trade or administer a psychotropic drug cambacopon ("copon"; hereinafter referred to as "copon"), and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On July 22, 2018, the Defendant remitted KRW 500,000 to the bank account (D) in the name of Korea bank (hereinafter referred to as “C”), which is a place designated by the Defendant B, purchased phiphones in a way that finds out and purchases phiphones in a way that he/she finds out the phiphones with a certain amount of phiphones hidden from the scopon in the scopon, which is a place designated by the said B, from around that time to March 30, 2019, and purchased phiphones more than 14 times in total as shown in Appendix I.

B. On January 2019, the Defendant transferred 450,000 won under the name of the purchase price of philophone to the sales of philophones without a passbook, and purchased philophones by a way of offering approximately one g of philophones in the Seoul Guro-gu, which is the place designated by the said buphones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 22, 2018, around 02:23, 2018, the Defendant administered a philophone at the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E Apartment F, which was 14 times in total, from around that time to March 30, 2019, in a total of 14 occasions, as shown in Appendix II, in which the Defendant laid the philophone on the rophone, laid the rophone into a raw water tank with water, laid the rophone into a water tank with water surface, and laid the rophone into a water tank with water surface as soon as possible.

B. At around 01:00 on January 31, 2019, the Defendant administered a philopon in a way that the Defendant, on a gambling ground, laid the philopon onto a water tank, laid the rophone into a water tank with water, laid the roopon into a water tank with water, and then inhales the roopon as soon as possible after sticking on the water tank.
