Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a member of the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation”), is serving in the Korea Gas Corporation.

From February 14:10 on February 23, 2013, the Defendant participated in 3,50 members, etc. of the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Jung-gu 31 in the “Seoul Square,” along with 3,500 members, etc. of the Labor Management Federation.

After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant moved from 15:45 on the same day to 3,50 other participants in other assemblies, and from 15:45 on the same day, the Defendant moved to the direction of proceeding (three to five lanes) along with “B-ro 1 in Jung-gu, Seoul.”

From 16:34 to 17:35 on the same day, 1 the above Dong-ro 1 occupied a road of 150 meters in the middle-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, for about one hour.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
