Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall destroy, damage, or fire a road, a waterway, or a bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means.

Nevertheless, from around 16:34 on February 23, 2013 to 17:35 on the same day, the Defendant occupied approximately 2,500 roads from around 16:5 hours to around 17:8-1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, about the eight-lane roads in front of the subway Access Area 89-1, and obstructed the traffic of the road along the passage of the vehicle, including approximately 2,500 EM members, who participated in the “Korean Workers Competition of the E-Organization requesting the elimination of labor and friendly labor policies”.
