A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. Interference with performing public duties;

A. B. On June 17, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties at around 22:55, Jun. 17, 2017, which was arrested as a flagrant offender, as prescribed in paragraph 2(a) on the lot line in front of the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, Seoyeong-gu, Incheon, and used violence at one time to set the nives of F.m. to a patrol force belonging to the Mansan police station of Samsan, Incheon, where he was on the back 21 patrol group and was arrested as a flagrant offender, as prescribed in paragraph 2(a).

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.
