A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Victim B is an engineer driving C-si, and D is a police officer working in the Samsan Police Station criminal and E team.

1. On May 15, 2017, at around 23:50, the Defendant: (a) requested that the injured party B stopped on the road of 310-dong-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the 463 future unfashed apartment 310-dong; (b) the injured party would not receive KRW 14,000; and (c) the injured party would not receive KRW 1,000,000; (d) the Defendant caused a defect in the match; (e) the victim would take the bath theory, such as the “Y Y Ma Fero”; and (e) caused the card device to be unloaded two or three times, and then the market price of the card device (non- card device) to cover the amount of the repair cost of KRW 70,000,000, such as the damage of the property of the injured party.

2. The Defendant: (a) destroyed the card terminal of the victimized person at the time, place, as mentioned above; (b) destroyed the victim’s chest at two times after drinking the victim’s chest; (c) obstructed the victim’s neck; and (d) inflicted injury on the victim, following the victim’s defect in reporting 112, including the victim’s neck, caused approximately three weeks to undergo approximately three weeks of treatment.
