Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2011, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea on June 28, 201 as a non-sex and naturalization.

On February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) posted an Internet page B, a huber B for arranging the driver’s license; (b) had no time to study; (c) had difficulty in a written examination or practical examination; and (d) had contact B with an advertisement stating the 100% Original License; and (c) had no fact that the Defendant had obtained the driver’s license in Vietnam, the Defendant, despite of the fact that he/she had no fact that he/she had obtained the driver’s license in Vietnam, had the Defendant forged the Vietnam driver’s license through B and received the exchange of the Korean driver’s license in exchange for the Korean driver’s license.

Accordingly, around February 28, 2019, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s passport, foreigner registration certificate, certificate of entry into and departure from the Republic of Korea, photograph, etc. required under the above Article to Kakaoxy, and requested B to use the fee to transfer KRW 220,000 to Kakaoxy, and requested B to forge the vehicle again to Kaoker C, thereby requesting B to forge the vehicle again, and received the vehicle by mail from 5 days thereafter.

On March 12, 2019, the Defendant continued to submit an application for the exchange of licenses, etc. as seen above, to an employee in charge of issuing a foreigner's license who is aware of the forgery at the driver's license test site of the North Korean father-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, forged the driver's license in the name of the Vietnam Transportation Bureau, which is a private document about a certificate of fact, and exercised it.
