Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2018, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) on the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-dong-si, the Defendant reported the advertisement stating that “A, without any test, will be able to obtain a Korean driver’s license; and (b) requested C to manufacture a fake motor vehicle driver’s license; (c) after receiving necessary documents from the Defendant, such as photographs, from the Defendant, the Defendant sent the necessary documents, such as photographs, and then re-produced the license to obtain a fake motor vehicle driver’s license in the name of the Vietnam traffic station; and (d) re-manufactured the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant forged the driver's license in the name of Vietnam Transport Bureau, a private document regarding a certificate of fact, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with C or a person in bad name.

2. On November 19, 2018, the Defendant submitted a forged driver’s license certificate to a public service center in the Daegu-dong, Taedong-gu, Daegu-gu, which was in charge of issuing a foreigner’s license, along with an exchange of foreign licenses and a disposal agreement, as stated in paragraph (1) as if he/she had duly formed a forged driver’s license under the name of the Vietnam Transport Bureau.

As a result, the Defendant conspiredd with C or a person in unsound name, and exercised the driver's license under the name of the Vietnam Transportation Bureau, which is a private document regarding a forged fact certification, such as the preceding paragraph.

3. In light of the date and time indicated in paragraph (2), the Defendant: (a) obtained a domestic driver’s license from the head of the relevant driver’s license test on the same day on the same day, following the following day: (b) as if he/she had a legitimate Vietnam driver’s license, he/she was in the name of the public service center in the Daegu-gu driver’s license test; (c) concealed the forged driver’s license under the name of the transportation station in Vietnam and submitted

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C or not to name the defendant.
