A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 Highest 700" is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car volume by borrowing.

On November 13, 2009, the defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Cheongju District Court's Cheongju branch on November 13, 2009.
