1. On August 28, 2018, the Defendant filed a summary order with the Cheongju District Court for the same offense on the grounds that the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and October 10, 2018 at the same court.

On November 1, 2018, at around 15:30, the Defendant driven a B QT motor bicycle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.211% from the section of approximately 1.5km from the 33km-dong, Magdong-dong, the Administrative Welfare Center from the Mag-dong, to the Magdong-dong, to the 413-ro, the Magdong-dong, and the front road of the Magdong-dong Office.

2. No automobile shall be operated on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance provided for in the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above motorcycle which is not covered by mandatory insurance as stipulated in the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act at the time and place mentioned in paragraph (1).

3. On May 22, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 6 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Chungcheong District Court's Chungcheong Branch on May 22, 2019, and a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same court on the same day. On March 29, 2019, the Defendant was charged with non-detained for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same court on the same day.
