On June 3, 2016, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Chungcheong District Court's Chungcheong Branch on March 26, 2010, a fine of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court's Chungcheong Branch on August 7, 2008, a fine of KRW 1 million for the same crime at the Chungcheong Branch of the Cheongju District Court's Chungcheong Branch on August 7, 2008, and a fine of KRW 70,000,000 for the same crime at the Chungcheong District Court on August 11, 2004.

【Criminal Facts】

On June 28, 2019, at around 11:15, the Defendant driven a DEX car in the state of alcohol with approximately 2 km alcohol concentration of about 0.108% from the front of the B apartment in Chungcheong City to the front of the Chungcheong City, Chungcheongnam-si.

On August 7, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Chungcheong District Court's Chungcheong District Court's Chungcheong on August 7, 2008, on March 26, 2010, a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court's Chungcheong District Court's Chungcheong Branch's Chungcheong Order of KRW 5 million for the same crime on June 3, 2016, and was prosecuted for the same crime on July 9, 2019.
