A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Cheongju District Court's Goyang branch on July 19, 2006, on June 20, 2007, with a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Cheongju District Court's Chungcheong branch on June 20, 2007, and on March 29, 2019, with a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Cheongju District Court's Chungcheong branch.

On March 6, 2019, at around 19:55, the Defendant driven a protetobane (e.g., 100C) unregistered in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.096% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the mutual influence point in Samsung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and from around 30 meters to the parking lot in D office, the Defendant driven a protetobane (e.g., 100c) without obtaining a driver’s license.

On July 19, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on July 19, 2006, and on June 20, 2007, a fine of two million won for the same crime, etc. in the Chungcheong Branch of the Cheongju District Court on June 20, 2007, and on March 29, 2019, the same court issued a summary order of five million won for the same crime, etc. on at least two occasions and issued a summary order of five million won for the same crime, respectively.

On May 14, 2019, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle with approximately 20 meters unregistered in approximately 100c c motor bicycles, without a motorcycle driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.160% of the blood alcohol content, from around 20 meters to the adjacent road of “Ginginging” located in the E through F.
